Ok, here I am providing you the previous year question paper of Master of Financial Management (MFM) of University of Mumbai.

University of Mumbai MFM question paper pattern

The scheme of assessments would consist of two parts

i) Internal Assessments – 40% (20 Marks for papers of 50 Marks)
ii) Semester End Examination – 60% (30 Marks for papers of 50 Marks)
The Examination will be conducted for 30 Marks.
Remaining 20 marks would be awarded on the basis of performance in the Internal Assessments.
The allocation of 20 marks shall be on the following basis: -
a) Two best of three periodical class tests held in the given semester (10 Marks)
b) A better of two assignments based on class presentations to be selflessly assessed by the
faculty concerned (05 Marks)
c) Attendance and Active participation in routine class instructional deliveries (03 Marks)
d) Overall Conduct as a responsible student, mannerism and articulation and exhibit of
leadership qualities in organizing related academic activities. (02 Marks)

There will be Five Questions in all.

Q1 would be compulsory and would carry 10 Marks
In addition to Q1, there would be four questions. Each question would carry 10 Marks. Each of
these four Questions will have three sub – questions and each sub – question would carry 05
Marks
Students have to attempt any two out of the remaining four Questions and within each question;
students have to attempt any two out of three sub – questions.
