First year
The first year MBA course is focuses on
innovative management core,
providing fundamental business skills,
knowledge and perceptiveness.

It is organised into two semesters of six months each.

Summer Training
At the end of the first year, students are required to undergo summer training of 8-10 weeks. During this phase, students are expected to observe the dynamics of organisational behaviour and do a project, which addresses a specific problem area in the organisation.


Second Year
Second year student is the foundation of the core curriculum and develop expertise in areas of interests. Students are required to take compulsory and elective courses. A minimum of six elective courses comprises a specialization. Currently, IMRT offers specialization in
