The provision relating to extension of closing date of the New Fund Offer Period in the Offer Document of ABN AMRO Tax Advantage Plan (ELSS) (Scheme) stands changed and would now read as The Trustee reserves the right to extend the closing date of the New Fund Offer Period, subject to the condition that the subscription list shall not be kept open for more than 45 days

ABN AMRO Tax Advantage Plan (ELSS). The investment objective of the Scheme is to generate long-term capital growth from a diversified and actively managed portfolio of equity and equity related securities along with income tax rebate, as may be prevalent from time to time

ABN AMRO Mutual Fund (the Fund) was set up as a Trust under the Indian Trusts Act, 1882 by ABN AMRO Bank N.V. acting as a Settlor and consequent to the change in controlling interest of the AMC, the Sponsor would act as the Settlor w.e.f. October 31, 2005.
