There are various plans of NC State Employees for the teachers and state employees in which one may enrol. Some of them are as under:

Enroll in the State Health Plan
Switch between plans without a qualifying life event
Add or remove dependents without a qualifying life event

Steps by which one may enrol in the insurance plan as under:
To enrol in NC State Employees Insurance
Go to the official website of NC State Employees
Click on the enrol now head
You will redirect to the new page
If you want to enrol online, you need to login
If you are retired employee then also you may re-login in the page.
Click on the login to enrol yourself
You will be redirect to the new page, where you need to login by username and password.
