Qualification Criteria

The applicants must be of 17 years old as on 31.12.2016 (must conceived before 01.01.2000) and there will be no upper age limit.

The hopefuls must be lasting local of Odisha. Each competitor needs to deliver Resident/Nativity testament (Form No.- III, See Rule-3 of Govt. of Odisha) amid declaration confirmation.
