| shikha | Re: M Phil In Gauhati University Gauhati University (GU) invites application form for admission into the One-year MPhil course in various subjects (departments) for the academic session 2016-17. The entrance test for the admission will be conducted by respective departments. Application form- One can apply in the prescribed form by paying a fee of Rs.300 (three hundred only, payable by bank draft to The Registrar, GU). Alternatively, one can purchase this form GU Publication Department by paying this fee. Gauhati University M.Phil application form     M.Phil programs- Faculty of Arts Assamese Bengali Economics English Foreign Languages History Hindi Library and Information Science Modern Indian Languages (MIL) and Literary Studies Sanskrit Faculty of Fine Arts Folklore Research Faculty of Science Botany Geography Statistics Eligibility- Masters Level examination or equivalent exam with minimum 55% Marks (or Grade B) in respective subjects from recognised University.
