shikha | Re: Highest Marks in CTET The expected cut off 2016 for Central Teachers Eligibility Test (CTET) which is conducted by Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) is as follows: CTET Expected Cut off 2016 (September) Category Cutoff General 80-87 SC 72-80 ST 70-80 OBC 78-85 CTET Expected Cutoff 2016: Category Cutoff General 90 OBC 85 SC 80 ST 80 CTET Cut-off – Qualifying Score required for the award of CTET Eligibility Certificate One must score at least 60% or more in the CTET Exam to be considered eligible for the award of the eligibility certificate. It means that one must score minimum 90 marks out of 150 in each paper to qualify CTET qualified. One appearing in CTET will be issued Marks Statement. • School Managements (Government, Local bodies, Government aided and unaided) may consider giving concessions to person belonging to SC/ST, OBC, differently abled persons, etc., in accordance with their extant reservation policy. • Qualifying the CTET would not confer a right on any person for recruitment/employment as it is only one of the eligibility criteria for appointment.
