shikha | Re: IIST Selection Process Indian Institute of Space Science and Technology (IIST) offers B.tech course in Aerospace Engineering and Avionics disciplines. IIST B.Tech programs- 4-Year B.Tech. ( Aerospace Engineering ) 4-Year B.Tech ( Avionics ) 5-Year Dual Degree (B.Tech + M.S./M.Tech) Eligibility and selection criteria- Candidates must secure an aggregate of at least 70% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics (PCM) in the qualifying examination Those belonging to SC/ST/PD should have an aggregate of at least 60% marks in PCM subjects in the qualifying examination. Entrance Examination: It is vital that candidate should have written JEE Main and JEE Advanced.
