About IAS: The Civil Services Preliminary Exam also known as IAS Prelims, is the first stage of the UPSC Civil Services Exam. Degree from Correspondence Education or distance education, the open university is also accepted. The candidate age must be 21 years old and not must be greater than 32 years old.
