There are 2 stages that a candidate goes through for admission in PGDM Programme. The first stage is appearing for the XAT Exam conducted by XLRI. On clearing the required cut-offs a candidate is called for the Group Discussion and Personal Interview (GDPI). Usually, the GD lasts for 30 minutes allowing each of the 8-10 participants enough time to put across their point XLRI Eligibility and Selection Criteria - XLRI called candidates for GD-PI on the basis of their XAT percentiles.
