1. The England House Architecture has Heavy entablature and cornices
2. The England House Architecture has Gable-front orientation common in northeast; also gable-front and wing subtype
3. The England House Architecture has generally symmetrical façade, though entry is often to one side
4. The England House Architecture has Front door surrounded by narrow sidelights and rectangular transom, usually incorporated into more elaborate door surround
5. The England House Architecture has Windows typically six over six double-hung sash
6. The England House Architecture has Small frieze-band windows set into wide band trim below cornice not uncommon
7. The England House Architecture has Chimneys are not prominent
8. The England House Architecture has Gable or hipped roof of low pitch
