Business Development Manager

Key Responsibilities (Functional)
Business Planning & Execution: Formulate & execute the business plan effectively to be able to meet the Centre Portal Nos and Collection targets. Ensure alignment of the business plan with the overall organizational strategy.

Sales performance at Centre ; Ensuring each sales person to perform passionately and plan and execute activities to deliver targets

Business Development :: Should be able to develop the given territory and create presence in the academic institutions

Sales Productivity :: Should be able to lead the sales team and create energy and drive nos with aggression and passion Behavioural Skills / Attributes for the role

Good Team Management skills Excellent Communication & Influencing Skills Customer Focused Coaching & Mentoring Skiils Goal Orientation

TERRITORY BUSINESS LEADER
Experience in Service/ FMCG/ Training industry is required.
2)Preferably from education industry
Optimize sales productivity
Maintain high SOR to maximize capacity utilization of centers
Maintain a NPS score of at least 70% throughout the year
Ensure placement of all eligible students
Adhere and comply to the QMS process in all centre
Manage and optimize batch health of all ongoing batches in the centre Control and minimize attrition of centre staff
To Create & Implement Business Plan for meeting Enrollments & Revenue targets for Partner Centers, in the assigned Territory
To Lead & Drive Channel Business Operations, in a cost efficient manner, to over Achieve Business Targets and Centers' Profitability.
Development and Implementation of Sales and field marketing strategies to establish deeper connect with Target customers/ employers/society & sustain growth thru positive W-o-M 15) Analyze market trends, tracking competition activities, Regular field visit/ prospect, employer & Customer Interactions and incorporating valuable inputs for student Mobilization/ Product / Placement strategies.
