Can you tell me in detail about the eligibility requirement for M Tech Program as offered by Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology?

Government of Karnataka conducts PGCET tentatively during the month of July/ August for admission in M Tech Program offered by Nitte Meenakshi Institute of Technology.

80% of the total intake of the seats is to be filled through this test. 20% of the total intake of the seats is to be filled through management quota. Candidates with PGCET / qualified GATE score are eligible to apply.

AICTE has approved 15% extra seats for foreign nationals/PIO/NRI/students whose parents work in Gulf countries over and above the sanctioned intake.

Eligibility Requirements

Academic Eligibility for M. Tech :

Admission is open for one who has passed the prescribed qualifying exam (B. E./ B.Tech) with minimum 50% marks in aggregate of all the all the semesters/years of the degree exam. However, for candidates from Karnataka belonging to SC/ST and Category-1, aggregate marks are minimum 45%.
