I want to know the cut off marks of MBA in National Power Training Institute - [NPTI], Faridabad so can you tell me?

The National Power Training Institute - [NPTI], Faridabad offers MBA in Power Management program of duration 2 years.

The candidates must have appeared for CAT exam conducted by the Indian Institute of Management.

The aim of the MBA in Power Management programme is to develop world-class Business Managers with a thorough understanding of Power Sector.

NPTI MBA in Power Management Eligibility Criteria

The candidates must have appeared for CAT Examination.

B.E/B.Tech/B.Sc (Engineering) in any branch of Engineering or any other exam recognized as equivalent thereof by the MD University securing at least 60% marks in aggregate of all semesters or equivalent in terms of CGPA grade to be considered eligible for admissions

While for the candidates belonging to Scheduled Castes or Scheduled Tribe only minimum pass marks are required.

Only candidates who have appeared for CAT are eligible.

NPTI MBA Selection Procedure:

The final selection will be based on the CAT scores followed by Group Discussion and Personal Interview at NPTI, Faridabad

NPTI MBA Selection Criteria

Unsponsored Candidates-

70 percent marks of the total scores obtained by the candidates in the CAT Examination.

Marks obtained by the candidates in Group Discussion (Max 20 Marks)

Marks obtained by the candidates in Personal Interview (Max 10 Marks)

Sponsored Candidates-

60% of the total marks obtained in B.E./B.Tech. etc.

Out of 20 marks obtained in Group Discussion.

Out of 10 marks obtained in Personal Interview.

Out of 10 marks weightage for experience, as follows

Upto 5 years experience : 3 marks
Above 5 years upto 8 years exp.: 6 marks
Above 8 years upto 10 years exp : 8 marks
Above 10 years and more yr. Exp: 10 marks
