I bought an HP Laptop through e-bay online portal which was supplied by Electro point, a seller registered with e-bay, operating under the municipal corporation limits of Mumbai.

When I scrutinized his invoice, I found no mention of VAT number or TIN number in the invoice, also the laptop had been imported to India through improper channel which I verified it from an HP service center. It gives me doubt that he is not paying the due taxes to Govt agencies including Octroi.
