Yes the OHIO state university is invited candidates who have TOEFL scores. At Ohio State success is depends upon candidates ability to converse in, write and understand English.

To assure such competence, the university requires any applicant whose native language is not English, and who has been educated primarily outside of the U.S., to submit official TOEFL,

The test must is taken within the last 2 years.
Minimum scores to meet requirements for OSU Graduate Admissions include: TOEFL score: at least 79 on the internet based TOEFL, at least 550 on the paper based TOEFL; Michigan English Language Battery (MELAB) score: at least 82; International English Language Testing System (IELTS) score: at least 7.

TOEFL:
At least 550 on the paper-based TOEFL
At least 79 on the Internet-based TOEFL (iBT)
Official score results must be sent directly from ETS. Ohio State’s institutional code is 1592.
