IOB Clean Loan:
Available for salaried professionals.
Maximum amount of loan : 15 lakhs.

IOB Sahayika Loan:
Available for self-employed people
Maximum amount of loan :10 lakhs.

IOB Personal Loan Eligibility

IOB Clean Loan

Employees of PSUs, government, reputed private firms.

Have an active savings bank account with IOB.

Salaries should also be directed through the savings bank account .

Final take home pay once loan installment deductions are carried out should not be less than 50% of the gross pay.

Life Insurance Corporation of India agents also eligible .

Letter from the customer undertaking deduction of installment from salary every month.

A letter from the customer undertaking dues recovery through employee’s terminal benefits in case of retirement or death.

For Sahayika Loan

Self-employed individuals with at least 3 years of continued operations.

Final take home should not be less than 40% of gross pay after installment deductions .
