The programme is structured to prepare NICMAR graduates for undertaking professional responsibilities demanding high proficiency in skills of application of latest technology, people management, project finance, international markets -all with a special reference to infrastructure development and real estate project

Duration : 2 year

Admission Details

Eligibility Criteria:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering in any discipline/Architecture/Planning with minimum 50% aggregate marks.

Selection Cirteria

Selection of candidates is done on the basis of merit. The merit list is drawn on the basis of performance in NCAT/CAT/GATE/GMAT/CMAT, PI and RA. Admission offer letters are issued in the order of merit.
