Eligibility
Applicants must have degree of Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) of Panjab University or any other University recognized by Dental Council of India

Candidates have either completed, or due to complete, compulsory rotatory internship training

Must be registered with Central /State Dental Registration Council

Exam Pattern
The test duration is 90 minutes and will be conducted in a single section
PGIMER will be pen and paper based exam
PGIMER exam will have 100 Multiple Choices Questions (MCQ), with single correct response out of four response
The exam will be conducted in English language
There will be no clinical/ practical examination

Application fees
For SC/ST Applicants: Rs.800/-.

For General & all other categories: Rs.1000/-.

Fees and Dues
The following dues are payable to the Institute, by the applicants admitted to the MDS /House Job Courses:

Registration Fee:500/-.
Tuition Fee:250/- per annum.
Laboratory Fee:900/- per annum.
Amalgamated Fund:360/- per annum.
Security:1000/- (refundable only after completion of course).
Hostel Security:5000/- (refundable) to the deposited with the Administrative Officer (Hostel) if hostel accommodation is allotted.
