The National Institute of Construction Management and Research (NICMAR), has been constituted as a non profit organization with the express objective of engaging in activities for the promotion of education, training, research, professionalism.

Post Graduate Programmes in Advanced Construction Management (PGP ACM)

Two-year, full time, residential Programme for degree holders, offered from Pune, Goa, Hyderabad,Indore and Delhi NCR.

Eligibility for PGP-ACM at NICMAR

Candidates having engineering degree in civil engineering or architecture are eligible to apply for this course. The degree must be obtained with minimum 50% marks. Final year students who possess the above qualifications can also apply.

Selection process in NICMAR comprises of four stages.

Written Test
Group Discussion (GD)
Personal Interview (PI)
Rating of Applications (RA)
Candidates having valid score in CAT/GATE/ GMAT are not required to appear for the written test. Others should qualify the written test that includes questions from the following topics.

Analytical Ability
Data Interpretation
English Language
General Knowledge
Quantitative Ability
