Yes you can do PhD after completing MBA (HR) in Distance Mode
Once you have completed your MBA you have to sit for UGC's NET/JRF exam. After qualifying the exam you will have to choose a mentor or guide, who’ll help you in preparing a research proposal
After that you called for an interview board will be constituted by the university from where you are enrolled for P.HD. If the board gives a nod you can pursue your research under your Mentor
