Is it possible to change your branch in degree course after passing diploma course in engineering

No it is not possible to change your branch in degree course after passing diploma course in engineering. You have to take admission in same branch of engineering in that you have completed your diploma course . relevant stream are acceptable but totally opposite are not valid

B tech lateral entry admission :
You have to pass diploma course in respective stream with good marks from a well recognized institution.

For admission you have to pass an entrance examination organized by college administration.
