Post Graduate Institute of Medical Education & Research (PGIMER), Chandigarh has released an employment notification for the special recruitment of Jr Technician, Jr Speech Therapist & Other vacancies for Persons with Disabilities on regular basis. Total No. of Posts: 12 Name of the Posts: A. Hospital Wing: 10 Posts 1. Junior Technician (X-ray): 01 Post 2. Junior Technician (Radiotherapy): 01 Post 3. Junior Speech Therapist: 01 Post 4. Junior Technician (Lab): 03 Posts 5. Operation Theatre Assistant: 04 Posts B. Engineering Wing: 02 Posts 6. Technician Grade-IV (Public Health): 01 Post 7. Technician Grade-IV (RAC): 01 Post Eligibility Criteria- Candidates should have B.Sc. Medical Technology (X-ray/ Radiology/ Radio-diagnosis/ Radio-diagnosis & Imaging Technology) for post-1 B.Sc. Medical Technology (Radiology/ Radiotherapy) for post-2 B.Sc. Speech and Hearing from a recognized University/ Institution for post-3 B.Sc. Medical Lab. Technology or B.Sc. with Diploma in Medical Lab. Technology for post-4 B.Sc. Medical Technology (Operation Theatre/ Anaesthesia) for post-5, Matric/ 10th Std. with ITI Certificate in the respective trade for post-6 & 7 Age Limit: Candidates age should be 18-30 years. Age relaxation is applicable by 10 years for persons with disabilities (15 years in case of SC/ ST and 13 years for OBC). Selection Process: Candidates will be selected based on written test.
