As you asking I am telling APG Groep N.V. and ABN AMRO Bank N.V. set up the joint venture, to which APG contributes its expertise in pension administration and ABN AMRO its expertise in managing investments, in the middle of last year. APG manages over 30% of all group pensions in the Netherlands and has pension assets totaling approximately EUR 275 billion (November 2011).
