Punjab MET PAM-CAT Admission Test

I am preparing for the Punjab MET PAM-CAT admission test so I need all the information about the Management Entrance Test (MET)/ Punjab Admission MCA - Common Admission Test (PAM-CAT). So please tell me how I can get the information.

Punjab Technical University conducts the Management Entrance (MET) Punjab Admission to MCA Common Aptitude Test (PAM-CAT) to provide admission in MBA and MCA program in various affiliated colleges. Here I have attached list of the colleges which provide admission on the basis of the exam.

Eligibility:
MBA Course:
Candidates must have done UG degree in any discipline with 50% marks from any recognized University.

MCA Course:
Applicants must have done Bachelor’s Degree in any streams with 50% (45% in case of candidate belonging to reserved category) from any recognized University and must have studied Mathematics subjects at UG or 12th level.


Examination Fee:
For SC/ST & physically handicapped candidates - Rs. 500/-
For other candidates - Rs. 1000/-

Tentative dates of the exam:
Registration Starting from- Last week of March, 2013
Last date for submitting of online Application forms-1st week of May, 2013
Last date with late fee of Rs.1000: 2nd week of May, 2013
Date of Entrance Test: last week of May, 2013
Declaration of Result: 2nd week of June, 2013

Offline:
Candidates can get the form by hand from the University Enquiry and Information Centre, Near Main Gate, Punjabi University, Patiala on cash payment of Rs. 600/- and from the Selected Branches of State Bank of Patiala located at:

Paper – I : Mental and Numerical Ability ( objective )

This Paper will have the topics of logical reasoning, graphical analysis, analytical reasoning, quantitative comparisons, series formation, arithmetic calculations such as profit and loss, interest, ratio, proportion, averages, etc.

Paper – II : General Knowledge ( Objective )

This paper will cover the general awareness about international, national and regional events current affairs related to science & technology, ecology, politics, sports, important personalities, books, and historical, political and geographical facts, etc.
