I want to open my Public Provident Fund Account in State Bank of India so here give me details of this a/c where I get PPF a/c opening form and what is document require for opening this a/c and tell me PPF a/c interest rates and loans?

I am providing you the form for opening Public Provident Fund Account in State Bank of India. You need to fill the form and submit it along with ID proof (Passport/Identity card/Driving License) in the SBI Branch were you are having an account.

You will be provided with a PPF account passbook from the Branch.
