I want to apply for the Citibank Electronic Check Deposit (ECD) service so please give me there details? Also tell me the advantages of the Citibank Electronic Check Deposit (ECD) service? Can I scan the checks of it, give me there details?

Mobile Check Deposit is a service available on Citi Mobile app for iPhone, iPod touch and Android devices. Mobile Check Deposit allows depositing checks without a trip to the bank. Use the Citi Mobile banking app to deposit check with mobile phone.

How Mobile Check Deposit works
After downloading the Citi Mobile app for iPhone, iPod touch or Android device:

Sign on to account in the Citi Mobile app and
If one has an iPhone, select Move Money from the menu, then Deposit Check.
If one has an android device, select Mobile Deposit from the Quick Access bar.
To enrol in the service, review and accept the terms & conditions.
Select the account one want to deposit check to and enter the check amount.
Sign the back of check.
Free up enough memory for taking pictures by closing other mobile apps or restarting ones device.
Take pictures of both sides of check, and then submit the images for mobile deposit.

One will receive confirmation emails when Bank receives ones deposit, and when Bank accepts ones deposit for processing.
