SET Eligibility Test Dates and Forms

I want to apply for the AP SET Eligibility Test but I have no idea about the date so please can you give me the date of application forms and also provide me the all important dates of the test?

The Andhra Pradesh SET examination was held on 27th July 2012. I am giving the eligibility criteria required of the examination for your reference. Go through it. Only those candidates who have completed or are pursuing the final year of PG degree in related
subjects are eligible to appear APSET. Others need not apply.
3.2 Candidates who have secured atleast 55% marks (without grace or rounding off) in the Master’s degree ( for OC & BC) and 50% marks (without grace or rounding off) for Scheduled Caste
(SC)/Scheduled Tribes (ST)/Physically Challanged (PH)/VH category candidates are eligible for this examination.
