Key Responsibilities:

Using effective problem solving techniques within a highly technical and fast moving environment, often to tight deadlines.

Ensuring that Integration and Testing teams have the appropriate test documentation and then working with them to complete the test process.

Auditing of change requests and performing a role in incident management and review.

Ensuring that all work is carried out to the standards laid down and that the highest quality of service is provided by the department to the Business Unit customers.

Engaging with the relevant Support and Operational teams at the earliest sensible stage of the project to enable the system to go live in a fully supported and operational state.

Maintaining an effective communication system with key stakeholders and Project team members and ensure that an effective and regular communication structure exists.

Understanding and sometimes contributing to project design, and verifies that it is suitable for implementation.


Key Skills, Experience and Education:
Excellent documentation skills
MS Project, Office Suite, Outlook
Ability to communicate clearly
Minimum of 4 years experience
Good written and spoken Arabic and English
Engineering degree or a similar discipline
