Tuition Fee Loan (TFL) Scheme:

Eligibility:
Full-time undergraduate students.

Full-fee paying undergraduate students are not eligible.

Loan Amount:
Up to 90% of subsidised tuition fees

Guarantor
Ages : 21- 60 years old.

Must be a Singapore citizen

Repayment starts
Not later than 2 years after graduation or
on securing employment, whichever is earlier.

Min repayment amount :
$100 per month

Max repayment period
20 years

Interest rate
Average prime rate of 3 local banks
(currently at 4.75% per annum)
