Hello sir, I’m preparing for SSC CPO exam for SI NCB. Is there any one can tell me what eligibility is needed for SSC CPO exam?

The SSC is conducting CPO exam for SI post. The Staff Selection Commission issued notification for recruitment of Sub-Inspectors in Delhi Police (DP) and Central Armed Police Forces (CAPFs) , Assistant Sub-Inspectors in Central Industrial Security Force (CISF) and Intelligence Officer in Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB)

Age limit:
Candidates’ age should be in between 20-25
Age relaxation is also applicable.

Educational Qualifications:
Candidate should have possessed Graduation from a recognized board/university.

Nationality:
A candidate must be a citizen of India.

Application fee:
General/ OBC category candidates have to pay Rs. 100/-

Women candidates and candidates belonging to Scheduled Caste, Scheduled Tribe and Ex-Servicemen eligible for reservation are exempted from paying fee.

SSC CPO Notification Last Date:
Starting of On-line application: 09.01.2016
Last date of application (part I): 02.02.2016 (up to 5:00 P.M.) for part 1 and 05.02.2016 for part 2.

SSC CPO Exam date:
Paper 1 - 20.03.2015
Paper 2 - 05.06.2016

Selection Process:
The recruitment process will consist of Physical Standards Test, Physical Efficiency Test, Written Examination, Medical Examination & Interview.

For male candidates only
100 meters race in 16 seconds
1.6 Kms race in 6.5 minutes
Long Jump : 3.65 metres in 3 chances
High Jump : 1.2 metres in 3 chances
Shot put (16 Lbs): 4.5 metres in 3 chances

For female candidates only
100 metres race in 18 seconds
800 metres race in 4 minutes
Long Jump: 2.7 metres (9 feet) in 3 chances.
High Jump : 0.9 metres (3 feet) in 3 chances.
