In the present situation of aggressive saving money, perfection in client benefit isthe most critical instrument for supported business development. Client grumblings are part of the business life of any corporate element.

To empower the clients to voice their grievances in regard of any lacking administration or different proposals for development in client benefit, "Client Day" is seen at all the workplaces of the Bank over the association covering branches, Regional Offices and Head Office, on fifteenth of consistently (following day, if fifteenth is an occasion or half-day). Amid 3 pm to 5 p.m. on this day any client can meet senior/beat administrators of the Bank including Managing Director without earlier arrangement.
If there should arise an occurrence of any dissension, the matter may ideally be conveyed to the notice of the concerned branch administrator for quick redressal. On the off chance that the grumbling is not changed as per the general inclination of the client, the matter might be brought up with the Regional Manager/Zonal Manager concerned, Bank's Nodal Officer assigned to manage clients' objections/grievances, Managing Director of the Bank and even after this, not fulfilled he is allowed to take plan of action to the accompanying:

The Banking Ombudsman situated in State Capitals under RBI Ombudsman Scheme, 1995.

The Director Consumer Forum under Consumer Protection Act, 1985.
