Timing Of AMIE Exams

I am planning to apply for the Associate Member of Institution of Engineers, AMIE exam want some details about this exam. Will you tell what the dates and timings of Associate Member of Institution of Engineers, AMIE exam also tell what the eligibility required to apply for exam?

Associate Member of Institution of Engineers, AMIE exam is a degree level examination in engineering, which is conducted by Central Government, for admissions to B.E and B.Tech courses.

AMIE is recognized by all state governments, Central Govt, AICTE, UPSC.

The AMIE examinations are conducted in every June and December.

AMIE Examination Winter 2017 starts from December 2, 2017

Dates and timings:

AMIE Section A & B Exam Scheme

Winter 2017 AMIE Examinations will be conducted during December 2 to 8, 2017.

Exam Timings:

10 AM to 1 PM (Called for noon)

2.30 PM to 5.30 PM (Called after noon)

Eligibility

To be eligible to appear for AMIE exam, you needs to fulfill the following criteria:

Applicants with 3-year Polytechnic Diploma or its equivalent in any branch of engineering can apply for AMIE. Please note that there will be no marks restriction in the admission process.

Any candidate who has done +2/HSC/PDC with Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics as main subject with minimum 45% marks, can appear for this exam.

Also, Candidates with any educational qualifications equivalent to the above, are eligible to apply for AMIE.
