Is TNOU AICTE Certified University ?

Tell me is Tamil Nadu Open University is AICTE Certified University or not & also give me the list of the PG courses offered at there?

The Tamil Nadu Open University is does not certified by AICTE, but the TNOU has been recognized by the University Grants Commission (UGC).
The TNOU is Recognized by the National Council for Teacher Education [NCTE] the Distance Education Council.
