TTDC hotels online booking

I want to cancel tickets which were done by me online for TTDC hotels? Is it possible? If yes, please give the details or any website from where I can cancel the tickets.

There are some rules for cancellation of ticket
Within 24 Hours from the time of Reservation:- No Refund.
Between 24 Hours to 48 Hours:- 70% Refund.
Before 48 Hours:- 90% Refund.
