UPSC posts lecturers

I want to do job as a lecturer so inform me when the UPSC will publish recruitment advertisement for the post of lecturers in 2012 and from where I can see the notification. Kindly give me the link and also tell me if the commission has issued any notification for lecturer. What is the eligibility for lecturers?

Eligibility:
The candidate should have done first class master’s degree in relevant discipline from any recognized university.

Desirable:
Master’s degree in the relevant discipline
