Hey!!! JEXPO also known as Joint Entrance Examination for Polytechnics admission is a state level entrance exam conducted by West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE) each year in the month of April for granting admission into three years Diploma in Engineering programmes in different Government Polytechnics situated across West Bengal.




Counselling Dates of JEXPO 2016

Online Registration & Choice Filling Start on - 17/06/2016

Registration & Choice Filling Closing on - 24/06/2016

1st Counselling Seat Allotment Result Published on - 25.06.2016

Provisional Admission Seat Booking (1st Phase) - 27.06.2016 to 30.06.2016

2nd Counselling Seat Allotment Result published on - 01.07.2016

Provisional Admission / Seat Booking (2nd Phase) - 02.07.2016 to 07.07.2016

3rd Counselling Seat Allotment Result Published on - 08.07.2016

Provisional Admission / Seat Booking (3rd Phase) - 09.07.2016 to 13.07.2016

4th Counselling Seat Allotment Result Published on - 14.07.2016

Last Date of Admission (4th Phase) - 19.07.2016



Step wise Counselling Process :
-Visit official website of West Bengal State Council of Technical Education (WBSCTE)


-On that Click on Online Counselling Portal.

-Click on Jexpo 2016 or Voclet 2016 Counselling.

-Click on new Registration.

-Fill the Registration form Correctly & Completely

-Then after Click on Proceed.

-Log in with Application Roll no & Dated of Birth.

-After Log in click on Check all Details of Registration Form (if required Edit Details)

-Then Click on Counselling Status (Jexpo 2016 / Voclet 2016).

-Payment Counselling Fee through E-payment Coupon (Collect Coupon from Help Desk Center).

-Enter 8 Digit Coupon no & 10 Digit Serial No.

-Click to Fill Choice.

-Don’t forget Saving & Locking of given choices.

-Choose Admission centre & Subject.

-Click Provisional Seat Booking.

- and lastly take Print out Slip for Admission in Polytechnic Colleges.
