The navy is modernizing by several means and has added major of their service in the overall protection of the citizens of India.

Applications are invited from unmarried Indian Citizens for Short Service Commission (SSC) Officer in Technical Branches (Engineering and Electrical) of the Indian Navy for Course commencing July 2010 at NAVAC Ezhimala, Kerala.

Applicant has must be B.E/ B.Tech. (or equal) in Electrical / Electronics /Mechanical/ Production / Aeronautical / Marine / Control/ Avionics/ Telecommunications/ Instrumentation from a institution accredited through AICTE with mini. 60% marks:

Age Limit:
Between 19 to 25 years

Physical Standards:
Height and Weight: Mini. Height Male – 157 cms, 152 cms for Female with correlated weight. Eye Sight: The mini. Acceptable vision standard for distant vision, 6/24, 6/24 correctable to 6/6, 6/6 with glasses. Should not be color/night blind.
