Every exam is tough but if you will try best, practice hard for Birla Institute of Technology and Science Admission Test and here I will get details of exam.

Eligibility
Students must have passed the 12th examination from a recognized central or state board or its equivalent with Physics, Chemistry, and Mathematics. Also, they must have adequate proficiency in English.

They should have obtained a minimum of aggregate 75% marks in Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics/Biology subjects in 12th examination. Candidates must secure at least 60% marks in each of these subjects individually.

Only Students, who are appearing for 12th examination or who have passed 12th Examination, are eligible to appear in the online test.

Application fees
For Boys (All Categories)- Rs. 2200/-
For Girls (All Categories)- Rs. 1700/-
For NRI students (Both for boys and girls)- US$50. This amount in INR will vary as per the currency rates on the day of payment.


Exam pattern
BITSAT 2017 is a computer based online test and is of objective type.

The candidates have to read the questions from the computer screen and have to choose the answers from the options provided along with the questions.

BITSAT 2017 Test Pattern
+3 marks will be awarded for each correct answer
-1mark will be deducted for each wrong answer

Total Marks will be 486

There will be total 162 questions in the BITSAT 2017 exam

First all candidates will be given 150 questions to solve but those who do not skip any question will be 12 more questions (if the time permits) to solve

Eligibility
Candidate must have cleared 10+2 examinations, with Physics, Chemistry and Mathematics as core subjects.

The candidate must have secured an aggregate of 75% in PCM and in each subject the marks of the candidates should not be less than 60%.

Candidates who are already part of BITS campus are not allowed to apply.
