What is the minimum eligibility criteria required to join CID????

Criminal Investigation Department (CID) is a crime detection agency under the Government of India. To join the CID, you must appear in the Indian Civil Services examination that is held by the Union Public Service Commission.

Eligibility required for Joining CID:

Education:
-You should have passed graduation degree from any of the recognized university to join as a Sub Inspector
-Graduation is the requirement for officer level post as well.

Nationality:
- You should be citizen of India

Age:
Age should be in between 21-30 Years for General Candidates

Age Relaxation:
3 Years for BC candidates
5 Years for SC/ST candidates
