The Gauhati University requires the services of experienced Professional Agencies / Service Providers/ Contractors to prepare design plan, detail estimate and execution of interior works of new Guest House of the Gauhati University

the Interior Work Includes :

The work includes (i) Providing furniture & furnishings in lounge, guest rooms, conference room and dormitories,
(ii) Design & setting up of a reception counter,
(iii) Installations of LED TV Sets, mini refrigerators, electric kettles, laundry washing machines and other required electric appliances, (iv) Setting up of
a modular Kitchen & Pantry,
(v) Providing suitable accessories for wall decoration of rooms, reception & lounge area and common spaces.

Conditions for the Interior Agencies :

All things being equal, those agencies who have worked with public sector organizations, government agencies and educational institutions would be given higher priority.
All things being equal, preference will be given to those agencies that have representative office in Guwahati.

The reputation of the institution, business turnover, duration of its existence, client profile would be considered in short listing the agencies.

Gauhati University reserves the right to reject any or all the EoIs without assigning any reasons whatsoever received against this advertisement.

Service Tax Registration No, VAT Registration No and PAN no must be provided in the EoI.
Only those Companies / Agencies will be requested to submit financial bids who are found qualified at a later stage.
