Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. IOCL has released the recruitment of Engineers and Officers through GATE 2016.

Candidates with valid GATE 2016 scores can apply

The application process of the recruitment was held from January 1, 2016 to February 14, 2016

Position: Officers/ Engineers in-

Chemical Engineering
Civil Engineering
Computer Science & IT
Electrical Engineering
Electronics & Communication Engineering
Instrumentation Engineering
Mechanical Engineering
Metallurgical Engineering
Petroleum Engineering
Polymer Engineering

Eligibility:

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/ technology in the above mentioned disciplines (full time regular courses only)

Candidates, belonging to General and OBC (non- creamy layer) categories, should have secured minimum 65% marks in qualifying degree examinations. (55% for SC/ST/OBC/PWD candidates)

Final year students may also apply.

Age:

Not more than 26 years as on June 30, 2016

Selection process:

On the basis of GATE 2016 score followed by Group discussion, Group Task and Personal Interview.

Pay Scale:

The starting basic pay scale will be Rs 24,900 per month with other amenities and remuneration as per the rules of the company with the Cost to company being 11 lakhs inclusive of Performance Related Pay

Service Bond:

A service bond for Rs 3,00,000 (Rs 50,000 for SC/ST/ OBC/ PwD candidates) will have to signed by the selected candidates to serve IOCL for a period of Three years from joining.
