Khosla International House is located near Mechanical and Civil Engineering Departments, has 9 AC Suite, 40 AC Rooms and 11 non-AC rooms.

Guest(s) will be required to submit a copy of the Photo Identity Proof at the time of occupancy.

IITR Alumni can send the requisition directly to Supervisor/ ADOSW (FS)/KIH.

Non occupancy charges will be levied if booking is cancelled within 2 days or less from the proposed date of occupancy.

For all personal bookings, please pay full tariff in Cash/Cheque at the time of booking.

The booking will stand automatically cancelled, if the accommodation is needed by the institute for emergent official purpose.

Consuming Alcohol is prohibited in the Guest House.

All rooms are serviced by an emergency generator set. All AC rooms and Suite are also provided with color televisions with Cable connection.

All rooms are also provided with telephones through an EPABX system, with direct inward dialing facility.

The Unit is managed by a Reception Desk which works on 24 Hour basis.
