Universities in Germany offer Masters degree program which are offered in English.

Is it mandatory for the international students to write IELTS or IELTS even if the medium of instruction is English during your bachelors degree

Usually you do not need a TOEFL or IELTS if you hold a bachelor’s degree with English as language of instruction or if your mother tongue is English.
