What is cut off for this year admission at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur for M.Tech Program? My sister has done B.Tech with CSE Branch. Now she has appeared in GATE Exam and waiting for its result. She told me get information about this year expected cut off of GATE Exam for M.Tech admission at National Institute of Technology (NIT) Durgapur?

The National Institute of Technology Durgapur is a public engineering institution located in Durgapur, West Bengal, India.

It has been recognised as an Institute of National Importance by the Government of India under the National Institutes of Technology Act, 2007.

NIT Durgapur B.Tech Eligibility-

Candidates must have 12th Examination from recognised Board.

Candidates are required to clear JEE(Main) Exam.

The merit/rank list shall be prepared based on 40% weightage to school Boards marks in class 12th or equivalent examination and 60% weightage to JEE(Main).

The weightage to school Board/Equivalent examination marks shall be considered only after normalization.

Admission Process:

The admission to Undergraduate Engineering Programs at NIT Durgapur is based on Joint Entrance Examination, JEE (Main).
