AILET Eligibility Criteria

Academic Qualification
• One should have passed Higher Secondary School Exam/ 12th Exam of the 10+2 education system or any other equivalent exam
• One needs to have secured minimum 50% marks in aggregate

Age Bar
As per the regulations of Bar Council of India (BCI), NLU Delhi has scrapped the maximum age limit prescribed for admissions to BA LLB programmes.

Earlier, one needed to have attained a maximum age of 21 years as on July 1 of the year of admission and of of 23 years as on the same date, if one belong to the reserved categories including SC/ST.
