Online Registration For UPTU

I want to apply online for registration of UPSEE exam of UPTU so can you provide me the online registration form?

Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination (UPSEE) is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow for admission to various UG and PG courses offered by the most of the institutions of Uttar Pradesh.

The registration of the exam was held from 24th February 2016 to 28th March 2016 so now the registration form is not available.

The UPSEE exam 2016 was conducted on 17th April, 23rd April, 24th April 2016
