I want to take admission in Uttar Pradesh Technical University (UPTU) and doing preparation for the entrance exam. Can you provide me UPTU Test Date so that I can apply on time also tell eligibility to apply for this UPTU Entrance exam also provide complete address of university?

UPTU entrance exam 2016 is conducted by the Uttar Pradesh Technical University, Lucknow as it is the conducting authority of UPTU examination.

The UPTU exam is also known as the UPSEE 2016 (Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Examination).

The examination is the state level exam and a gateway of various UG and PG courses offered by the most of the institutions of Uttar Pradesh

Important dates:

Application Form Commences From Last week of February 2017
Last date to submit the application form Last week of March 2017
Admit Card Release Date Second week of April 2017
Examination Date Third week of April 2017
Result Declaration Last week of May 2017
Counselling Commences From Third week of June 2017

Eligibility:

The candidates should be the resident of Uttar Pradesh.
The candidate must be passed class 12th from a government recognized board for All UG courses.
The candidate appearing for the exam should be scored an aggregate of 45% (In case of general candidate) and 40% (In case of reserved category candidate) in the qualifying examination. Only B.Arch will require the qualifying marks as 50%.
For all PG courses the candidates should be passed the graduation with 50% (45% for reserved).
For lateral entry in B.Tech or B.Pharma the candidates must have three year diploma in relative field with 45% (40% in case of reserved candidates).
There is no age limit for UPSEE.
