for applying for LSAT Fee Waiver, you must be a citizen of US or Canadian, a US national, or a permanent resident alien of the US and must have an Alien Registration Receipt Card (I–151 or I–551). You can apply online for LSAT Fee Waiver from the following link but to use this option you must be a citizen of US, a US national, or a permanent resident alien of the United State.
