There will be an Entrance test only for those who hold the required language qualification from an institution other than the University of Delhi. The examination will consist of four parts: Written paper I (100 marks of three hours duration) Comprehension (including script and grammar) Written paper II (100 marks of three hours duration) Essay and Translation Internal assessment (250 marks) based on performance in periodical tests.
